Kingdom of Siak. Every rhinoceros found must be offered to the Sultan. The finder receives a persalinan for this. The horn is much sought after as a medicine and it is said to act well against snake bites. A rhinoceros horn is worth between $ 20 and $ 60. Sometimes a white horn is found, for which the Chinese offer $100 each.
