After a long safari near the Victoria Nile, the Duke of York shot a nice white rhinoceros at Rhino Camp. The Duchess, also having a permit to shoot one, declined when she heard that the white rhino is very rare and close to extermination. It is impossible to underatdn why the English gorvernment still issues permits to kill an animal of which only 25 still exist.
