To be Seen at the Red Lion, Charing-Cross,
The Grandest Collection of WILD BEASTS, viz.
1. The noble Female Rhinoceros, or real Unicorn, a beast of upwards of eighty hundred weight, in a natural coat of Mail or Armour, taken by the noted Kouli Kan from the Great Mogul, having a large horn on her nose, three hoofs on each foot, and a Hyde stuck thick with scales, Pistol Proof, and so surprisingly folded as not to hinder its Motion, having travelled a thousand Leagues by Land through the Great Mogul's dominion to Bengal, and from thence shipp’d on board the Shaftesbury Indiaman, Capt. Bookey, and is allow’d to be the only complete Animal of its Kind ever shewn in Europe.
2. A surprising Crocodile alive, taken on the Banks of the River Nile in Egypt. Such a Creature was never shewn alive in the King’s Dominions before. With others too tedious to mention.
