p. 451 "We again went in search of the rhinoceros and calf which we had been hunting when attacked by the sladangs, and were finally successful in capturing them."
The animal dealer Charles Mayer sold a Sumatran rhinoceros to the Perth Zoo in 1902 - but no further details about the stay of this single animal.
