Rhino walk North America 1991

USA rhino walk. After three succesful walks in Africa and Europe, the Goldmann Foundation in the USA awarded Michael their first award ever for his conservation efforts. The walk in USA will start on 13 April 1991 and end on 7 Sep 1991 in Washington DC. It will cover over 30 cities in the USA and Canada and will involve a combination of walking and flying between points. The total distance to be covered on foot is approx. 1600 miles. The walk is being organised by a committee in Nairobi, the AAZPA and Discovery Channel.
