Area between Bor and Shambe. White Rhino exists all along the west bank of the Nile in the dry season, but is always very rare in the area under consideration. The natives say they drink at the river at night, and retire great distances into the forest during the day. - Shambe, Bahr el Ghazal, 7.7 N, 30.46 E
