One of two plaques in the facade of a house in Krakow (Cracow), Poland, Ulica Grodska no. 38. The house is called Kamienica Pod Elefanty (also Kamienica Pod Nosorożcem). The history of these plaques, and another with an elephant, is not exactly known, but may reach back to the 16th century.
