Borobudur Monument. Two relief fragments. On the second row we see two deer, two rams with long beard, two rhinoceroses, etc. This pair of rhinos (see pl. IVa) is probably the only one found of this species on the Borobudur. The animals show only one horn, which means that they are either Rhinoceros sondaicus from Java or Rhinoceros unicornis from India.
