Black Rhino (bicornis)
This reserve was the vision of the late Stephen Boler, who within the last 3 years established the 90.000 ha reserve and introduced 6000 head of game, including the rare desert black rhino. Mr Nicky Oppenheimer announced that the Oppenheimer family in a major commitment to wildlife conservation and ecotourism purchased the reserve.
