A cattle proof fence to be laid along the eastern boundary from Kholabuyan to Diprang village, to debar rhino from straying outside and cattle coming in. The straying habit of rhino is becoming tradition, making them more vulnerable to poaching. The carrying capacity has gone beyond saturation. If we cannot create a viable area, the few rhinos may be translocated to other similar habitat. The rhinos who are in the habit of straying should first be translocated.
