Details: “Rinoceronti a Vernasso” represents some brief notes referred to the find of the rhinoceros from Vernasso (Cividale, Udine, N-E Italy) reported on "Agenda Friulana". The text is enriched by the reconstruction of Stephanorhinus kirchbergensis (the rhinoceros found at Vernasso) by the famous scientific artist Yu Chen of the Academia Sinica (the Chinese Academy of Sciences). "Agenda Friulana", born in 1976 - the year of the catastrophic earthquake that has so severely hit Friuli - has been uninterruptedly published for 42 years by Chiandetti Publishing House in Udine. In these years, "Agenda Friulana" has accompanied its readers on a daily cultural journey. In fact, qualified authors speak daily of traditions, economy, culture, characters of Friuli, offering in a easy and concise way a new reading of this popular instrument in both Italian and Friulian languages.
