Notes on the mammals of the Ndumu Game Reserve

Diceros bicornis Two head, a bull and a cow. Bull introduced from Hluhluwe, cow from Mkuzi GR. In Dec 1965 there are 7 black rhino in the reserve, all of them introduced. Ceratotherium simum Introduced from vicinity of Umfolozi GR, in Jan 1964 there were 15 head. In Dec 1965, there were 17 white rhino, including 3 calves born there.
