On the basis there are two large, dorsal growth, which, as I could observe, rhicken up to three times their original volume at the time of erection. Then the glans becomes thinner, and then suddenly it has a mushroom-like thickening, from which a smaller, mushroom-shaped growth comes, which has the Orificium urethrae. The length of the glans is more than a foot.
