On 30 Jan 1998, a 35-40 yr old white rhino bull was shot at Loskop Dam. The well-known South African sportsman paid VAT-inclusive Rand 182,400. He was guided by Louis Marais of Karoo Safaris. Flack used a South African made custom built rifle built around a Czech Brno ZKK 602 action equipped with a german Walther barel in English .416 Rigby calibre and topped with a Zeiss telescope. The magnificent trophy will be mounted by Rodney Kretzschmar's Trans African taxidermists and displayed in Flack's private museum in the Karoo.
