Mr Ch?nieux has sent from the region of Bienhoa (French Cochinchina) to the museum a skull of the rhinoceros. This skull has enabled us to establish which species lives there. They are not, as one could think, the R. unicornis of India, but a smaller species, the R. javanicus, which was already known from Burma.
