This pattern book and print by Thomas Johnson is entitled A Book of Beasts, Birds, Flowers, Fruits, Flys and Worms, exactly drawne with their Lively colours truly Described, London 1630. It is especially interesting in that it uses the Philippe Galle ‘Madrid’ rhino (Antwerp 1586).
