“Sonny” and “Cher” arrived in August 1965 from South Africa. In December 1982 the pair were moved to the Ft Worth Zoo and renamed “Mac” and “Tasha”. In 1983 the pair were moved again to Sandstone Mt. Ranch in Llano, TX. While at Sandstone the pair produced their 1st calf in Nov 1986. Three years later this pair was moved again to the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen Rose, TX. In Dec 1992 this pair produced their 2nd calf !
