Scheuchzer illustrates Job

Scheuchzer illustrations were engraved by several artists. They are all enclosed by elaborate frames. Scheuchzer, like many scientists of the time, believed in the literal meaning of the Bible. This scene from Job 6 v.5 includes a unicorn and onager.
