Black rhino imported in 1931 with his African helper, a boy called Nasor. From newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad 8 May 1931. This young black rhino was caught in the northern part of Tanganyika (Tanzania). Obtained from the animal dealer Christoph Schulz. This male lived 6 May 1931 to 3 May 1943 in Rotterdam Blijdorp Zoo.
