The “Dom s khimerami” (“House with Chimaeras”) built in 1901-1902 by the famous architect Vladislav Vladislavovich Gorodetsky (Leszek Wladyslaw Dezydery Horodecki, in Polish) (1863-1930) lies in Kiev (Ukraine). The facade of the beautiful building – one of the most famous works by the aforementioned artist – is decorated with heads of various animals, rhinos (Diceros bicornis) included.
