Samuel Daniell’s black rhino by T. Medland. Thomas Medland made this color aquatint print in 1806, two years after Daniell’s successful large print published in “African Scenery and Animals”. It is identical in every way but it’s much smaller size. The Medland/Daniell print is found in John Barrow’s “Travels into the Interior of Southern Africa”.
