Johari is the 27-year-old eastern black rhinoceros who lived in the Little Rock Zoo (Arkansas). He passed away on February 4th, 2023. Johari was being treated for gastrointestinal symptoms and full necropsy results are pending. He was an iconic animal to the Little Rock Zoo and will be greatly missed by Zoo staff and guests. Johari was the proud father of Kevin (the Kevin’s mother is Andazi), a one-year-old black rhino born at the Zoo.
