This interesting broadside in the British Museum collection uses an image inspired by the Dürer print. The german text refers to the power of the animal’s horn as well as ancient & biblical texts. It also mentions a 1588 publication by Jacobus Weckerus. This broadside should not be confused with later advertisements for the Dutch rhino named Clara.
