This is typical of the medium size early broadsheets (245 x 400 mm) made in 1747 by Douwe Mout. In 1828 prints from this plate, with changed text, were used by Jacques Tourniaire to advertise his own traveling rhino. The text states that it was in Turin in November of that year.
