On the way from Marseilles to Naples, the boat carrying the rhinoceros was reported in Genoa (source 5201).
We should note that the First Lisbon Rhinoceros, in 1517 on the way from Lisbon to Marseilles to Rome, shipwrecked in the region of Genoa. Later sources may confuse the two animals, although they were two centuries apart.
