Eastern black rhinoceros, female born 20 Apr 09, dam 'Argo' was born on 30 Oct 1995 in Kanazawa Zoo, Yokohama, and arrived at Ueno in 1999; sire 'Maro' was born on 17 Feb 2000 in Kamine Zoo in Hitachi and arrived at Ueno in 2001.
