Dear users,
A recent update to the messageboard system will cause new posts in a topic you have posted in to be emailed to you. This is convenient for users that want to keep track of replies to their questions or posts in the RRC messageboard. This is called "subscribing to a topic".
Through the link in the email you can easily go to the topic you posted in and view the replies from other users.
If you do not want to recieve emails of this nature you can go to the 'My Profile -> Email Settings' and uncheck the "Enable 'Email Notification' by default" checkbox. All further posts you make will then not result in a subscription to a topic and you will not recieve further emails on follow ups.
If you would only like to unsubscribe from certain topics you can go to 'View Topics' (or to 'View Forums') to unsubsribe from specific topics or forums.
Please note that you have to be logged in to do this.
