I've been looking references on the aptitude of different Rhinos in water- crossing rivers -or rivers serving as barriers. I'm fairly confident that generally speaking, Asiatic species are semi-aquatic but the African species -I've not been able to make a determination- with some observations of crashes of white rhino swimming in rivers but others claiming they cannot swim- due to their hump? Bison and Asiatic Banteng -Musk Ox- all have humps and capable swimmers.

Thank you. Do you know of any of the African species swimming?

I am not sure about the other species; I looked around and did find that all of them wallowed in mud or water.
